An absolute joy to work with. He just “got me” straight away and knew what I wanted before I did. "When booking an appointment I would definitely request JOE. Omg he was absolutely amazing, from start to finish.
My mother in law was booked in to have a wig fitted due to her starting chemo. We were a little hesitant at first as we didn’t have the bestest welcome off the lady upon entering. Obviously with this being a traumatic time myself and partner wanted to be with her during the appointment. Joe was apologetic and absolutely amazing, I waited in the waiting area whilst they went through. Joe was so professional during the appointment, my mother in law was so happy coming out thanks to Joe. We then had to go back to collect the wig the following week, again amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to style and shape the wig to suit. We will be back soon to see you Joe.
